  • This Service is provided to you personally, you must not re-sell access to the Service to another person or make commercial use of the service.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect that you may have engaged in fraudulent activates in connection with the Site.

  • You must only use the Website through the interface provided by us and in accordance with Australian law.

  • You must promptly report us if you believe or suspect that Services has been compromised or is being used in the manner that breaches this User Agreement.

• Return & Refund Policy
  • We will accept product returns within 14 days of purchased and where
    • The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose of use.
    • The product does not match the description
    • Change of mind returns
  • All Storks must be returned with:
    • Labels are still attached
    • Product is in its original packaging
    • The item is unused and as sold
  • KottonClub receipt or other acceptable form of proof of purchase will be required to confirm the product was purchased from KottonClub
  • You agree, we reserve the rights to access the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering exchange or refund. This may take few days to access and exchange or refund may get refused.
  • You agree, in case of a refund or exchange you will bear the shipping cost and refund will be paid after deducting the cost of original shipping if item was sold with free shipping promotion.
• Shipping Policy
  • Shipments are usually made within 24 to 48hrs of payment being received.
  • Shipments are dispatched directly from our wharehouse, pickup is not possible.
  • Our shipping partners are Australia Post and Courier Please
  • All deliveries are made to buyer’s address provided in your purchase order. Please ensure your information is correct. You will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of unsuccessful delivery.
  • Please allow us up to 10 working days for delivery once payment has been confirmed. In most case delivery is much quicker.
  • Deliveries are made during normal business house, if you are not home, a pickup card will be left for you to retrieve the item from your local post office.
